How important is school Project Work as compared to academic performances?
cusp girl asked:
Our schools and teachers have been stressing on getting good grades so as to enter into a college of our choice. But do you feel that school project work should be held the same weightage as our academic records when it comes to preparing for college? For one thing, school project work focuses on communication working cohesively as a grp, which are essential for our future career.

Also, how should we not get caught by our parents. Our school sometimes calls when students are absent without notice. So we have decided to unplug our phones without letting anyone know. Good idea?
Any better ones?
One more thing, We will get suspended at the sight of us. Also any good stealth tips?

How do I get my school cafeteria to stop selling tortured chicken meat?
alposnacks asked:
The cafeteria in my school sells Tyson chicken sandwiches. Tyson is where KFC gets its chicken from, and if you know all about KFCcruelty, then you know what my concern is.
But how do I get our school to stop getting their chciken from Tyson? And, if I can’t do that, how do I raise awareness in my school about the issue?

I go high school, not middle school.

How can I get into film school for directing?
musicdog87 asked:
Movies have always been a passion of mine and I want to pursue a directing career. I finished high school but I’m in this work-study program until I’m 21, so I’m sort of still in school even though I graduated. Anyway, the problem is through out my time in school, I was in learning-support classes(for students with trouble learning) and I was steered away from getting into some sort of school/college. Now what I want to know is, what REQUIREMENTS do I need to get into film school? Where should I start from where I am now? For people experienced in this field, do you think I have a chance? Thanks for reading.
