Today is the new moon day. When that happens both the Sun and Moon are at the same place at the same time. The sun (soul) and Moon (mind) come together. This shows that for the next 30 days we will be developing a certain life lesson. Now, that lesson will be related to Leo, the sign of the King. Whichever house Leo falls in will also be and issue. It may be hard for us to relate to ourselves as a king or queen, but it’s not so hard if you think creatively. The ancient sages who put the astrology chart together were very wise. They knew that the mind works well with symbols. The archetype of a king, refers to the part of you that is all powerful and mighty. That part is not afraid of anything, realizes themselves to be the source of power, realizes the impact and the good that comes from the power they have. That is the sign of Leo. It is ruled by the sun, the source of all life and the center of our solar system. Every creature or animal that has ever lived on earth is powered by the sun. It is incredibly awesome when you think about it. Just as the external Sun anchors our world and solar system – giving life to everything, the inner sun is the creative center of our mind and life. This inner sun tries to illuminate the dark corners of our psyche and burn off the impurities of worldly accumulation. We are meant to enjoy life, but we put so much attention on enjoying life that we forget the point: Self-realization or “enlightenment”. The sun is the source of light, and expresses himself in sign of Leo. This next month is a time to reconnect to the source of power in you. In fact, any area of life that does not feel empowered or illuminated may be a source of suffering for the next month. This is the nature of Leo, to clean up the dark corners of our psyche. It’s one thing to overlook weakness or not see it. It’s another thing entirely to see it and be too weak to do anything about it. If you’re too weak to do anything about your problems, that will be the suffering for the next month. Just like the sun in the sky, the key to our true happiness in life is generosity. When we give without expectation of appreciation, reward, praise – we feel most alive. The Sun is a great example of this. It just gives and gives and gives, yet hardly no one ever remembers that we owe our entire existence, every second of it, to the Sun. The sun never demands that we remember him and in fact, most people forget the sun their entire life. Most people never take one second of their entire life to thank the Sun. It is not their fault, it is a sign of the times we live in. Yet in spite of this, the sun is not miserly. He still gives. Yet we can be like misers, only giving when we know we are going to get something back in return. In fact even then, we will give as little as possible in order to get as much as we can for ourselves. Rather than being the generous king, who shares the wealth whether he’s praised or not, we are calculating, shrewd. The qualities of Leo as a powerful lion – the king of the jungle – and the fearlessness in your heart can be a powerful symbol this month. The lion never walks backward, he advances forward. The lion doesn’t ask if the task is pleasant, he just knows it needs to be done – so he does it. Without regard for his safety, without the need for praise. He remembers the true source of power, that which will never perish, that which is the true source of confidence and dignity within him. He does not need to be illuminated from without in the form of praise, he is illuminated from within. So he feels content and TRULY happy.

Sunglasses are very fashionable for any ages. But sunglasses has another aspect not just about trend and fashion. How could sunglasses be useful while you are fishing?
Fishing sunglasses often make the difference between caught fish and lost fish. With the naked eye the water glare drastically reduces visibility: you won’t see the underwater structures or the fish. Moreover, without fishing sunglasses it will become almost impossible to watch the water surface; besides the risk of crystalline and retina injury, that are severe forms of eye damage, intense light normally gives eye weariness and headaches. Fishing sunglasses provide the glare elimination and good blockage of the harmful ultraviolet rays. Many fishermen prefer buying sunglasses for all weather conditions so that visibility remains great no matter the fishing whereabouts. The materials that the lenses are made of could however influence the choice of the right fishing sunglasses.

Good durability and perfect visual acuity are provided by glass lenses, yet, they are criticized for being too heavy and breakable. Polycarbonate lenses are lightweight and have a good resistance range  to impact, but such fishing sunglasses can more easily deteriorate by scratching. When it is forecast or when you go fishing at dawn or at dusk, the best fishing sunglasses are those with amber lenses. Then, besides the lens color, you should also be careful with the anti-glare properties because the polarized coating is the only protection against reflected light. Some types of fish such as bonefish or flat, are out of reach if you don’t have good polarized lenses. Last but not least, good sunglasses will also prevent wind and insects from entering your eyes, increasing the comfort and making fishing even more enjoyable.

Riding a bike wearing motorcycle sunglasses and no helmet is definitely the cool Terminator style that has made Arnold Schwarzenegger famous. It definitely seems that motorcycles go best with dark shades, yet, we have to wonder about how practical that really is. Well, we have to be critical here and say that the Terminator-style is not relevant or practical for motor riding but rather for casual wear. Motorcycle sunglasses are meant to withstand high speeds on the road and be compatible with the use of a helmet. Lens and frame durability is justified by the impact with road debris that often happens at high speed.

Glass lenses are a no-no for bike riding because of the risk to break and injure the biker. Polarization is another key feature of motorcycle sunglasses. The glare as well as the bounces off from the pavement have to be solved by the anti-glare coating. A special element that receives no attention for other kinds of sunglasses is the vibration of the light waves, which could be a health risk at high speed conditions; in fact, the shock it produces has to be absorbed by the polarized lens layer. The relevance of such features is very high given the fact that it is unacceptable to ride the bike when the road is too bright or you have to squint against the sun. From this point of view motorcycle sunglasses are important for road safety and health protection given the eye damage that the glare may cause.

Last but not least, motorcycle sunglasses need maximum ultraviolet protection for the entire light spectrum. This means that there should be a balanced combination of UV protection and polarization. You don’t really need anti-glare features on overcast days, but the presence of clouds does not exclude the action of the ultraviolets. Bikers use motorcycle sunglasses even on not so bright days both for eye comfort as well as for protection. Macular degenerations, cataract and lots of other eye disorders are less likely to develop if the eyewear is adequate and of good quality.

Weddings abroad are growing tremendously in popularity more and more people are jumping onto a plane and going to get married abroad. A lot of people decide to get married abroad after going on a Caribbean holidays and loving it over there.

Recently though there has been a huge cold weather snap here in the UK which has brought fabulous snow along with it. The whole of the British nation came to a standstill as it was covered in a white sheet of snow.

Pondering over weddings, would it not be great to have an awesome wedding in the UK snow? Or would people still prefer to get married abroad in a hot country, let’s take a quick glance at the reasons a person would choose one or the other

1) Getting married on a nice snowy day is what happens in movies, if people get lucky enough to have a snowy wedding that they should count there blessings.
2) Although a wedding in the snow would be amazing it may stop a few people from turning up due to being snowed in.
3) If the snow falls to much you could get your wedding cancelled.
4) Flying to your honeymoon destination may be hard and could possibly get cancelled.

In my personal opinion I believe that getting married abroad is a much better solution. There is one negative aspect and that is your family and friends not being able to attend.
