I have more than 120 credits from an accredited college, but most of them are in the 2000 level. Is there a school that can take these credits and give me a degree? Which are they and how can I get information on this?

It depends on what school you want to go to. Call the school and ask them on their procedure of accepting credits from other schools because you may have to provide copies of transcripts and course guides. Every school does this differently but most schools will take your credits.
School that certain number of credit hours has to be school that certain number of credit hours has to be school that school that certain number of credit hours has to be school that.
School that will just take your existing credits and give you degree most schools have requirement for transfer students that certain number of credit hours.

No, I don’t know of any. Most of schools will only accept a certain number of transfer credits. That’s because they want you to pay them before they give you a degree – so usually you have to spend at least 2 years there. Also, I don’t know of any degrees that don’t require upper level courses of any sort.
School if the grades are good.
