Not being able to have a child of your own is not an easy thing to deal with. Even for those that get counseling for this it is hard to accept. Then come those occasions where everyone turns up with their children and somehow you seem to stand out from the crowd and it begins to trouble you again.

The first thing that I will say to you is that in every condition there is always hope but to find hope you must first accept the fact you are facing , that you might not be able to have children of your own . It should be something that you can talk about freely and there is no reason why should blame yourself really. There is still a chance at being happy just don’t use having children as a way of defining your happiness.

Probably you might have gotten to a point where you were able to accept it but your spouse has never really gotten used to the idea that he cant have children with you and that’s what’s probably troubling you the most. Obviously such a situation is not easy for the both of you because he has to understand how you feel and at the same time you must put yourself in his shoes and understand how he feels.

Having been in the same situation myself I will tell you that this is one situation that has no clearly defined way of being dealt with. This is one situation that both of you need to stand together in. If you are ever going to talk about this subject try avoiding the house set up or environment. Try somewhere where the both of you will be able to relax and feel at ease.

There are sites that you can log onto as often as you like and you will always find an encouraging word there whenever you feeling low. These sites proved to be a source of encouragement for me and helped me move on with my life.
